Mark Hodge has involved in all areas of CNJ’s practice, providing a comprehensive range of legal services for the firm’s clients. Over the course of the past decade, Mr. Hodge has served as counsel in a wide variety of business transactions and contract negotiations representing closely-held companies, publicly traded corporations and public utilities. One area of Mr. Hodge’s practice involves him representing buyers, sellers, developers and finance companies in real estate transactions and disputes. He also regularly represents lending institutions and borrowers in the establishment of credit facilities.
Mark Hodge’s experience in corporate law ranges from representing start-up companies to working with companies involved in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Hodge also has substantial experience representing private entities seeking and performing public contracts and involved in negotiations and disputes with administrative bodies.
Mark Hodge is actively involved in the Arkansas Bar Association, where he serves in the House of Delegates, serves as the Chair of the Law Related Education Committee and has chaired the Young Lawyers’ Section.
