Jason W. Earley practices in the area of civil litigation. He has successfully represented clients in cases involving complex commercial disputes, significant property damage, and catastrophic personal injury. Mr. Earley also advises businesses on liability and regulatory compliance issues on an on-going basis.

Mr. Earley is an active member of the Arkansas, Pulaski County and American Bar Associations and is licensed to practice before all Arkansas Courts. He serves on the Arkansas Bar Committees on the Attorney Client Privilege and the Unauthorized Practice of Law. He is also a member of the William R. Overton Inns of Court and the Lyon College President's Council.

An article written by Mr. Earley was recently featured in the Arkansas Bar Association's quarterly journal, The Arkansas Lawyer. Mr. Earley's article defends the constitutionality of Arkansas' tort reform statute.
