- Arkansas Soil & Water Conservation Commission.
- Arkansas Oil & Gas Commission.
- Several state environmental regulatory agencies, including Missouri, Kansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
CNJ serves as counsel to the environmental trade association for Arkansas corporations, to the Arkansas Environmental Federation, and to the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce/ Associated Industries of Arkansas and the Arkansas Gas Association. We also have experience in:
